Four Winds's specialises in metal products and the main characteristic of our products is the combination of metal and materials. As we export mainly to Europe and USA, they have high requirements on the product detailing. Thus, in order to achieve such high standards, every production procedure has to be meticulous, from selection and processing of raw materials to the final surface treatment.
This case study we are sharing is a mobile workstation designed by the user. DFT7 square frame stand system (7mm width) is used with ACX75 aluminium castors for mobility. The weight of these legs is much less than that of steel legs which are commonly used for the same purpose. The structure of our frame is simple and streamlined and can be disassembled and reused (only need to change the cross beam if the table length is different). Loading capacity for the frame set is 300 kg.
